  • Changes included in the 11/1/2022 patch

    • Fixed a bug that was occurring on the Award Mod Terms & Conditions page
    • Added the Specialist column on the Award Mod dashboard
    • Updated E-mail Catcher for Agreements to log e-mails on the agreements’ History tab

  • Change included in the 10/6/2022 patch

    • Removed custom validations on the Award Budget Allocation page that required (1) allocations having the same Period Number to have the same start and end dates, and (2) the start date of any subsequent period number to be the day immediately following the end date of the prior period.

  • Change included in the 8/30/2022 patch

     The Current & Pending report was fixed to include the responses to the Major Goals question on the General Proposal Information page of the Funding Proposal SmartForm.

 

  • Changes included in the 7/8/2022 patch:

    • updated pages for creating awards and maintaining organization information.  The pages were modified to allow for the capture of Workday IDs and Cost Center IDs. 
    • The migration of non-funded agreements from legacy ResearchUVA to ResearchUVA PBH is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, July 13 @ 6pm.  The system will be down for up to two hours. 

  • Changes included in the 7/5/2022 

An upgrade to Huron SF424 10.4.2 that includes fixes to address several bugs found after the release of SF424 10.3 and 10.4.  There are some known issues associated with 10.4.2, which are presented below, along with the suggested workarounds:

Issue: It looks like the validation is not triggering in certain scenarios; specifically, when only state is provided in the address section on SF: Disclosure of Lobbying Activities (SF-LLL) V2.0.

Workaround: Submission opened -> Removed the State value on SF: Disclosure of Lobbying

Activities (SF-LLL) V2.0 -> Saved the change -> Validated Submission -> Executed Submission Pre-submission activity. The workaround is either to add Street1, city, state, zip Postal code or remove State value if only state is specified.

 

Issue: The export budget process does not to map the UEI, Name of Organization and attachments in Research & Related Budget V2.0. Attachments are not mapped in Research &Related Budget V3.0.

Workaround: This can impact funding proposals when exporting Research & Related Budget V2.0 and V3.0. The work around is to manually populate the fields that are not exported.

A fix that allows a converted proposal or award to be selected for the Manage Relationships activity from an agreement.

  • Changes included in the 5/16/2022 system patch:

    • A fix to display the name rather than the ID while the record is in view mode on the General Proposal Information page of the Funding Proposal SmartForm and the Budget Allocation page of the Award SmartForm
    • A change to add a new field for recording Section 117 amounts on the Award SmartForm - Terms & Conditions Page
    • A fix to resolve and internal server error when selecting the Subawardee PI on the Budget SmartForm
    • A change to add questions pertaining to Pre-Proposals/Letters of Intent to the Funding Proposal SmartForm
    • A fix to prevent the display of hidden questions in the Budget Allocation section of the Award SmartForm
