The Workday Research Administration Dashboards are centrally located reporting apps developed by University Business Intelligence. There is a separate app for Administrators and PIs. These apps provide current research administration metrics and details and are a reliable way to see sponsored research data in one place.
Access:
You need to have the EDW_P_Finance role to log into the Workday RAD App. For instructions on requesting this role, refer to this Quick Reference Guide.
Log in using the Workday RAD App link.
Research Admins can also access the PI RAD App.
- Administrators who have already been granted the EDW_P_Finance role will be able to view data for all Grants/Awards in this app. To view what a specific PI would be able to see, click on the Definitions button then use the Grant PI filter to select the PI.
