Please use the link below to request access to the LabArchives Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN). This includes adding new members to labs who already use the ELN as well as labs who want to use the ELN for the first time.

All faculty, students and staff with a valid UVA e-mail may create a LabArchives Account. It is UVA policy that ownership of the notebook is assigned to the Principal Investigator (PI) of the lab/project or a faculty member. All other accounts will be set up with 'user' attributes. 

All current institutional policies that apply to paper notebooks and data generated at UVA apply to ELNs. The data remains the sole and exclusive property of UVA.
