An outcome of the Strategic Research Infrastructure Initiative, the UVA Research Navigators work directly with faculty and research support staff to identify relevant resources, connect with experts, and efficiently navigate UVA’s research-related processes. The Research Navigators also serve as communicators and liaisons between research offices and the university community, to enhance awareness and clarity around research-related topics.

The VPR office currently has two Research Navigators.
